About

I’ve spent two decades inside service-based businesses — building stability, income, and what looked like freedom from the outside.

What I learned the hard way is this:
success without structure eventually becomes a burden.

As businesses grow, misalignment doesn’t always show up as failure.
It shows up as exhaustion. Confusion. Friction. Quiet resentment.
The sense that everything depends on you — and always will.

That’s the work I do now.

How I See

I don’t look at businesses in isolation.
I look at systems, leadership, communication, and decision-making as one ecosystem.

When something is off — whether it’s revenue, team dynamics, public presence, or capacity — it’s rarely a single issue. It’s a signal that something deeper needs structure.

My work is about identifying where coherence has been lost, and rebuilding it in a way that actually holds.

Not louder.
Not harder.
Clearer.

Why This Work

Wilder Origin exists because I refused to keep operating inside models that required constant overgiving in exchange for stability.

I’ve lived inside businesses where the owner becomes the bottleneck — not because they lack skill, but because everything depends on their presence, intuition, and energy.

I believe businesses should support the people who lead them — not drain them.

And I believe clarity, when properly structured, creates more freedom than hustle ever will.

What to Expect Working With Me

I’m calm, direct, and deeply attentive.

I don’t rush to solutions.
I listen for patterns.
I name what others avoid.
I design structure that supports the season you’re actually in — not the one you think you should be in.

This work is collaborative, grounded, and honest.

If you’re ready to see your business clearly — and build from that place — you’ll feel at home here.
